Know Yourself to Build a Powerful Team!
Lunch + Learn with Margaret Ricci + Rachel Greenhouse
ARE YOU BORN TO BUILD?
Yes! Each of us is born to build. Whether your venture is a small business, a large enterprise, a thriving new division in an existing company, a nonprofit, a social enterprise or a church, you’re building something that has the potential to make a lasting impact on the world.
READY TO START BUILDING?
The first step in your building journey is discovering who YOU are.
We all have specific talents unique to us. Being aware of your capabilities, motivations and drives will lead to psychological clarity and better results through your efforts to build. Self-awareness is the most powerful tool available to you as you set out to hire the right team to build alongside you.
Learn why harnessing your CliftonStrengths, Builder Profile (BP) 10 and Positive Psychology principles can set you up for your most successful and satisfying year yet!
Co-led by Margaret Ricci, Founder of “Cultural Strategies” with Rachel Greenhouse, Chief Strategist and Owner of “The Rachel Greenhouse Agency.”
We can’t wait to see you here!
This session is a great fit for anyone seeking to create a powerful, strengths-focused and positive team!

Business success starts at the top.
When a company underperforms, we look at its leadership team composition to make sure that each leader’s place on the team is optimally aligned with their innate talents and that all the essential leadership functions are covered effectively for a successful business. When there are problems at the top, the entire workforce and business feels the stress. We understand and turn around under-performing leadership and other teams. We also help you create the best teams from the get-go. When the right leaders are in the right seats and using their innate Builder talents, the company succeeds on all metrics. See Gallup’s stats to see how this might look for your team.
As coaches of leadership teams, we draw on our own business experiences and various coaching and assessment frameworks – especially Gallup’s powerful new Builder Profile 10 (BP10) and Lencioni’s Overcoming The Five Dysfunctions of a Team.
• As with every Gallup assessment, the BP10 is research-based. Unlike Gallup’s CliftonStrengths / StrengthsFinder assessment, the BP10 is validated for hiring at senior levels. BP10 can identify the teams’ strengths as well as weaknesses, blind spots and gaps. The developmental coaching that follows focuses on maximizing your team’s strong talents while overcoming problematic areas.
• For Lencioni’s Overcoming The Five Dysfunctions of a Team Workshops, we use a Strengths-based approach that focuses on the good that is already within the team, as well as identifying areas the team struggles with on Lencioni’s pyramid of Dysfunction. Together we solve Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability and Results issues that may stymie team growth.
Both BP10 and OTFDT Workshops accelerate teams, may be used alone or together, and address issues as they come up before they fester. This creates alignment of all members to achieve higher levels of collaboration and cohesiveness with greater results.
In corporate America for over 30 years, COO of an international toy company, and now CEO of Cultural Strategies LLC, Margaret is finally living her “beautiful life.” She’s always been about creating the very best teams in every environment and changing the cultures of businesses. Margaret knows that sometimes, even with the best of intentions, we might miss opportunities to develop ourselves and our relationships with our teams unless we know what to look for.

In Gallup’s BP10, Margaret has seen how understanding your wiring as a business builder can accelerate your success as an entrepreneur. Along with the strengths of your 10 Builder Talents and your Alpha Builder Role, we look at blind spots, gaps and weaknesses of each of them as well. But we don’t dwell on these areas – we harness our top BP10 Talents to fix them! This creates quickening and excellence as you understand your extreme power in building your businesses, look for people to link arms with for areas where you’re not as strong, and find ways to maximize yourself and your company. Development of yourself as a business owner is easily accessible through BP10 coaching and workshops.
Margaret is also the Chapter Director of the Twin Cities COO Forum, an international forum dedicated to giving peer support for Chief Operating Officers or Second-in-Command Executives.
